Pack Horse

A paleontologist treks across the American west in search of fossils and other marks of the past. Thinking about all the things that may need to be packed, and learning about the process of excavation has been really interesting. I think the story of a scholar in this setting is interesting and takes a step back from the typical gunslingers and lets there be more room to appreciate the environment and sheer history of the structures in the rock.
